Purchase / Return Policy

Course Purchase / Refund

Courses started within 14 days and less than 50% completion may  be refunded. Refunds will be credited back to the form of payment used to purchase it. Please contact: customercare@businessinstituteoftexas.com with your refund request.

To request a refund on courses not started within (30) days please send written request (state reason for refund request) to customercare@businessinstituteoftexas.com.

Practice Exams are non-refundable.
